BMW of McKinney Will Highlight the Brand’s Sustainable Lifestyle

Actor Christopher Walken made his Big Game impression count. In what was termed, “Talkin’ Like Walken,” the well-known actor introduced many in the enormous television audience to the BMW i5 luxury vehicle. BMW’s newest lineup addition of all electric, sustainable lifestyle vehicles grows alongside the i3, iX and i7, and each will be available once BMW of McKinney opens its doors later this spring.

For peace of mind, the dealership’s infrastructure will include more than 20 technologically advanced EV service bays for maintenance conducted by BMW and Hendrick certified technicians. It is a one-stop-shop ownership experience for EV clients, who will also have multiple charging stations available at the 14.5-acre dealership campus.

Like its gas-powered brethren, BMW EVs focus on the driving experience. With more than 300 miles of range available, owners are able to concentrate on the drive rather than worry about the anxiety of the next re-charge. Paired with an 8-year/100,000-mile battery warranty, BMW EVs aim to give drivers the confidence they deserve.

Multiple-charging options are already available to BMW EV owners. Two of the most popular include the brand’s at-home Level 2 system, a 240-volt home-installed station that charges up to 30 miles of distance per hour. Quicker options are also available, as Level 3 DC Fast public stations are high-powered, and can give you up to 90 miles of distance with just 10 minutes of charging.
